At The Shell Cartel, we strive to deliver your orders to you in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

All items are made to order, so they take 1–3 business days to handcraft. Please refer to a more accurate processing time under the product page.

USA:
• Standard Shipping Time: 3–8 business days

Canada:
• Standard Shipping Time: 5–12 business days

Rest of the World:
• Shipping Time: 7–20 business days (depending on customs clearance)

Please note that these are estimated times and may vary depending on factors such as product availability and shipping carrier delays. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once a package has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver it. If your order has not arrived, please notify us within the timeframes below so we can assist:

• For domestic (U.S.): Contact us within 30 calendar days from the shipping date.

• For international orders: Contact us within 45 calendar days from the shipping date.

If we do not receive a delivery issue report within these timeframes, we are no longer able to offer a refund or reprint, and the order will be considered fulfilled.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete addresses may fail to deliver, and we are not liable in such cases.
